THERMOL — Combustion Catalyst
THERMOL is a multifunctional combustion catalyst developed in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai. It is formulated for use with liquid fuels including Furnace Oil, Low Sulphur Heavy Stock (LSHS), and Light Diesel Oil (LDO) — the fuels most commonly used in oil fired industrial furnaces, boilers, and thermal equipment.
THERMOL's ingredients include surfactants, dispersants, solvents, and proprietary combustion catalysts — all organic and metal-free, making it safe for use across a wide range of industrial fuel systems without risk of equipment contamination or ash deposition.
Just 1 litre of THERMOL treats 2,000 litres of fuel oil — making it highly cost-effective.
How THERMOL Works
THERMOL functions at the molecular level within the fuel — improving the dispersion of fuel droplets during atomisation, reducing incomplete combustion, and catalysing the oxidation reaction within the combustion zone. The result is a more complete, efficient burn that extracts greater heat energy from every litre of fuel consumed while generating fewer harmful by-products.
